Eastwood Building Services was established in 1998 providing primarily Mechanical & Electrical services. Early work covered the installation and servicing of industrial and commercial boilers and boiler conversions; from oil to gas. EBS have expanded into the broader building maintenance and refurbishment market. An early contract with a major pub chain helped to establish the business in the building maintenance and refurbishment field.  EBS were contracted to undertake complete refurbishments of the group’s pubs across the UK, the work involving replacement of the electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, kitchens and general fit out.

Schools, Colleges & University Maintenance & Refurbishment

Originally based in Stockport, Eastwood Building services are now located in Technology House, on the University of Salford campus.

The business undertakes building maintenance and refurbishment contracts for commercial organisations and has specific experience of building maintenance for schools, colleges and universities. Many schools are now reviewing their space utilisation and finding that, over time, their requirements have changed. We have recently converted a former school kitchen into a dance studio and converted science labs into purpose built IT suites. Construction & Facilities Management Clients

Eastwood Building Services have building maintenance contracts with Carillion plc, Ask and other major construction and facilities management businesses.  We also undertake building maintenance and refurbishment work for hospitals, local authorities and councils.
